Q1: 您在TERAO的角色是什么，从什么时候开始的？
Nora: As China Sales Manager of TERAO China since I joined in May 2023, I am mainly in charge of the commercial activities of TERAO in China, as well as managing key accounts at the regional level. My main focus is to drive revenue growth for TERAO in China, through Business Development actions targeting identified market opportunities, fostering lasting relationships with our clients, and ensuring client satisfaction at every touchpoint.
Q2: What do you like in your role at TERAO?
Nora: Promoting building sustainability in China is exciting and at the same time challenging. It’s a complex landscape, as it is still an emerging concept, and with a lot of room for development. I am thrilled by the journey of adapting strategies to engage diverse reactions from our potential clients, from deeply committed to those just at the start of exploring sustainability. Navigating cultural nuances and regional differences adds another layer of complexity, but I find satisfaction in driving positive change. It’s a rewarding quest, contributing to both environmental impact and company success.
Q3: Why did you choose to work at TERAO?
Nora: I’ve always been in the design & build industry doing sales and account management. During my previous work, I’ve encountered projects with green building requirements. I was drawn to this role because of the company’s commitment to reducing the environmental impact of buildings, aligning with my personal belief in the urgency of sustainability. Engaging in conversations about innovative services and driving strategic changes excites me. Contributing to positive environmental change while fostering meaningful dialogue with clients aligns perfectly with my career aspirations and values.
Q4: What is one of your values that is in line with TERAO Values (transparency/commitment/thinking ahead), and why is it a value for you?
Nora: All these values resonate with my personal belief, which is another reason why I decided to join TERAO. Among them, transparency especially. I believe that genuine interactions foster positivity and teamwork. When everyone is aligned towards a common goal, facilitated by transparent communication, it cultivates an environment where both employees and employers thrive. With transparency, we can channel our efforts cohesively, ensuring that every action contributes to the collective success of the organization.
Q5: What is one of your hobbies outside of work?
Nora: I have many hobbies (and master of none haha) but I would say music, dance and people are the core of them all! Nothing makes me happier than good music and good company. My top picks would be dancing salsa and bachata and going to electronic music festivals.

Nora: Grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change, the courage to change the things that I can, and the wisdom to know the difference.
