- By applying ASHRAE Energy Audit Level 2 methodology, the energy efficiency recommendations lead to a total energy reduction of 11.4% (5.9 GWh/year) with an overall Payback period of 2.3 years.
- A commendable 74% of waste generated by the project was diverted from landfills and incineration.
- The building has provided fresh air according to ASHRAE 62.1-2010 to maintain a comfortable environment for workers.
- Nearly 80% of the workers utilized low-carbon emission transportation for their commute, significantly reducing the project’s transportation-related carbon footprint.
