Energy audit of supermarket in operation. Supermarkets contain large walk-in freezers and cold rooms.
Due diligence audit –
- Data analysis: identification and quantification of energy consumption
- Audit of the energy monitoring system
- Low-cost solutions for energy improvement, covering lobby doors, cold rooms, and freezers.
Results :
- Calculation and benchmarking of Energy Use Index, in order to assess current performance
- Built financial case for renovation through identification of current costs and priorities
- Creation of an action plan to update and complete the energy monitoring system
