- The quick-win scenario provides an immediate return on investment with 4.3% estimated savings and positive cash flow.
- Energy management to ensure follow-up on the implementation of the Energy Conservation Measures:
o Measure and Verification to estimate energy savings and track performance over time using the IPMVP protocol,
o Assistance to the engineering team in implementing the ECMs throughout the project lifecycle (Initiation, Planning, Execution, Measurement & Verification, Closure)
o External suppliers’ sourcing and collection of quotations for the respective ECMs in focus
o Project management for CAPEX budget measures
